Return Policy

Total Hair Inc. will offer you a time to use the products you have purchased. If you feel that you are not happy with the products, you will need to notify us within 14 days in writing, from the purchase date, in order to credit your account. The product must be at least half full to return for a credit. You will need to tell us what was wrong with the items, when you return them. We can’t resale the items, so we offer to replace them with another item of equal value, or credit your account for future purchases. If we send the wrong item, or it is damaged in shipping, we will correct the order at our expense, or that of the shipping company, All other shipping cost, are non- refundable.
